This crèche is in a very bad way and in desperate need of a make over. One of the children, David lost his parents to HIV and has the virus himself. David is fortunate to have antiretroviral drugs which his grandfather and his guardian gives him daily. David is an exceptionally bright child and his life would change once the school is made over and made a better place for him to learn.
